WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Sales Contract System (SCS) Management
- Custodian of the Sales Contract System (SCS), which manages the contract’s lifecycle including the calculation of incentives to outlets and generation of credit notes for distributors.
- Validate all supporting documents for sales contracts, including ACRA, Business Analysis Forms (BAF), and other necessary documents.
- Prepare, process, and track sales contracts in accordance with established procedures.
- Work with legal, finance, and sales teams to resolve any discrepancies in contract details or documentation.
ERP System Launch
- Assist in the deployment of the new ERP system, ensuring it is configured and tested to align with the sales order processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, legal, and sales) to troubleshoot any issues related to the ERP system and ensure its seamless integration into daily operations.
- Provide support for the team on the new ERP system to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the system’s features.
PowerBI Reporting and Automation
- Lead the automation of reporting through PowerBI by enhancing existing reports and creating new dashboards for improved decision-making.
- Collaborate with the key stakeholders to identify key metrics and design customized reports to track performance and trends.
- Ensure that the automation tools are continuously improved, are aligned with business needs and continuously improved for operational efficiency.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
- Minimum Degree Holder (Business Administration, IT or a related field.)
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Salesforce Effectiveness, Sales Capability, Sales System or equivalent areas
- Team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills – able to work with and influence stakeholders/colleagues at all levels
- Proactive, able to work independently, possesses problem solving skills and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Strong analytical skills to identify business issues and formulate relevant and actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of ERP system functionalities and prior experience in system deployment is a plus.
- Highly resourceful, creative and open to challenges
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint etc), analytics tools (Qilkview, Power BI etc) and salesforce systems (Distributor Management System, Salesforce.com etc)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)for effective communication with stakeholders
