Commercial Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Process Purchase orders (using SAP) and ensure that orders include the correct prices, discounts and product number. Liaise with logistics departments to agree on delivery dates.
  • Match Delivery Order, Invoice and Purchase order using SAP
  • Administration duties for Sales Channels and Marketing department
  • Monthly staff claim & car valet administration
  • Monitor Carlsberg amenities at distributors warehouse (base on month end report from sales team) flag out when inventory is low and facilitate reorder with Trade marketing
  • Backup for reception duty
  • System (SAP/DMS) administration eg inventory asset tagging, promotion mechanic setup, claim processing & other system maintenance task, assigned from time to time.
  • Stakeholder Management 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holders
  • Knowledge of SAP/DMS OR any other system experience 
  • Good organizational skills
  • Meticulous
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • At least 2 years of admin experience
  • Immediate Starter
