Develop, maintain and build positive relationships with customers to meet established sales or exceed sales targets

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and build positive relationships with current customer base to meet established sales or exceed sales targets.
  • Source for new business leads
  • Drive distribution of company products in all desired sub channels.
  • Drive positive profitability for the company through company portfolio mix
  • Responsible for the execution of all promotional activities and initiatives.
  • Conduct weekly Sales Call Plan, Sales Call Summary, Sales Achievement, Sales Activity Reports
  • Ensure stock hygiene and no out-of stock situation in the outlets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O'/'A' Level/ Diploma for Sales rep level
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in FMCG Industry
  • Able to work at night and during weekends when required
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Excellent working relationship with Customers and Trade
  • Independent and A Good Team Player
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
