Sales Capability Executive

Responsibilities:

Sales Contracts and Distributors’ Incentives 

  • In charge of the Sales Contract System’s enhancements such as UAT, rolling out the system’s new functions to the Sales Team etc
  • Validate supporting documents - ACRA, Outlet Evaluation Forms etc and prepare the Sales contracts accordingly
  • Calculate & generate the payment of incentive to outlets and credit note to distributors via the SCS; obtain approval from the Sales Directors, FC and GM

Customer Risk Assessment

  • Analyse the monthly performance of outlets and drive the Customer Risk Assessment meeting with the GM, HOD, Sales Managers and BD SM to agree on final actions
  • Liaise with the Legal team to prepare the Legal Demand Letter and/or Non-Performance Letter for crawl back amount and other follow-up actions

Sales Execution Excellence

  • Partner the BD Senior Manager, Sales Capability AM and Sales team to drive the FIT implementation including driving the bi-annual PICoS review, training of sales staff, maintenance of outlet census and more
  • Lead the monthly audit results’ computation and analysis to drive the Sales team to undertake corrective actions and improve on sales execution

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Prepare, verify and disseminate the Daily Sales Report to whole company
  • Collate duty-paid information to calculate and analyse the company's monthly market share movement

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree (Marketing or Business)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Sales Capability, Sales Operations or equivalent areas
  • Proactive, able to work independently, possesses problem solving skills and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Highly resourceful, creative and open to challenges
  • Numerically inclined and analytical in thinking, with ability to quickly develop insights and recommendations from own research/ business reports
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint etc), analytics tools (Qilkview, Power BI etc) and salesforce systems (Distributor Management System, Salesforce.com etc)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Mandarin (spoken)
