Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsible for the activities related to supply chain & logistics operation / order delivery to attend to sales channels needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire fulfilment cycle from order release (i.e credit block release, validating customer PO pricing) to physical delivery (i.e document filing)
  • Ensure warehouse performs order entries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure Transporters delivers the goods on time based on the agreed delivery schedule
  • Manage delivery operation escalations with CSPL appointed partners and channel sales managers
  • Returns Management – Completion of PRA documentation for Credit notes release
  • Invoicing (Retailer Invoice upload, Empties invoicing & E-com billing)
  • Documentation – ensure all completed deliveries are filed and recoverable for audits
  • ACK (misc. orders) – ensuring ACK forms are filled correctly before passing it to the warehouse for order processing
  • Any other supply chain related activities requiring support

Requirements:

  • Min. ‘O’ Level / Diploma
  • Knowledge in SAP System (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Effectively bilingual (preferred)
  • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain
