Main Responsibilities and Work Experience

Theng Chin was appointed as Director, Finance & IT at Carlsberg Singapore in February 2026, where he leads the Finance & IT function and supports the business in driving sustainable growth and commercial performance.
 
With nearly 20 years of experience in finance across the FMCG industry, he joined Carlsberg in 2017 and has since built broad expertise through diverse finance roles and international assignments across multiple Carlsberg markets. His career journey across Malaysia, Laos and Singapore has provided him with extensive multi-market exposure and strengthened his ability to partner with the business, drive financial performance and lead transformation.
