Executive, Sales Capabilities & Support

The role will be responsible to drive salesforce effectiveness and overall sales execution process of Carlsberg Singapore and providing operations support.

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • To partner with the Sales team to drive sales execution excellence by conducting field audits against the agreed sales force KPIs and maintenance of outlet census.
  • To support sales quality by providing analytical measurements and corrective actions, including implementation of processes and tools
  • To monitor the performance against the agreed sales force KPIs by leveraging on the analytics’ report and independent audits’ findings, then work with the Sales Capability Lead as well as the Sales Directors & Managers to identify opportunities for improvement
  • To support in maintaining the key reporting platforms that can ease the accessibility for the Sales team to sales and audit execution information
  • In charge of the On-trade Promotions/Trade Deals’ lifecycle – Maintenance of Tracker, File Signed Copies of Trade Deals’ Letters, Set up of Promotion Details in Distributor Management System (DMS)
  • Approval & Processing of Distributors’ Claims and Month-end Accruals to Finance
  • Manage trade assets (e.g chillers and draught equipment) movement via DMS including creation of new trade asset and assignment of bar code number in DMS, reassignment of existing asset to another outlet etc
  • Generate monthly report via DMS and liaising with vendors & Sales Team to resolve any variances
  • In charge of key reports – Daily Sales, Monthly Market Share, Weekly ROS and BA3/APBA3 tracking from preparation, dissemination to analysis of key trends
  • Support the VM & Sales Capability, SM on BI and Value Management projects, e.g Carlsberg Analytics Platform, Price Pack Architecture Analysis etc

 

ARE YOU THE ONE?

  • Minimum Degree Holder (Marketing or Business)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Salesforce Effectiveness, Sales Capability, Sales Operations or equivalent areas
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills – able to work with and influence stakeholders/colleagues at all levels
  • Proactive, able to work independently, possesses problem solving skills and able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Strong analytical skills to identify business issues and formulate relevant and actionable recommendations
  • Highly resourceful, creative and open to challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint etc), analytics tools (Qilkview, Power BI etc) and salesforce systems (Distributor Management System, Salesforce.com etc)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Mandarin (spoken)
